Great game!

I only had issues with how quick the balloons move starting in Stage 3. That got annoying fast.
Also another rather annoying issue is the fact that when you get a game over, you lose all your upgrades.

Other than those two issues this is an amazingly addicting game!

About the frames...

I think its a brilliant touch that adds a lot to the "1924" feel of the game.
The game is great! My only complain is that the controls are sometimes a bit out of wack but that could just be me sucking :P
